Carciofi Grigliati di Capodarco are made using only the hearts of artichokes, sourced from organic farming, slow cooked and dipped in evo oil.

Only a pinch of hot chili pepper and a sprinkling of parsley is added to give the Grilled Artichokes that mouthwatering note.
Great to serve as a side dish, they go perfectly with roasted meat; they can also be used on their own, as an appetizer, or along with cheeses and cured meats.
