Organic semi-integral butterflies

Drying is slow, at a low temperature. The butterflies take about 8 hours to complete the drying cycle so that all the nutrients are retained in the pasta: protein, minerals and selenium, a powerful antioxidant that can effectively fight free radicals.

Graziella Ra wheat has ancient origins: found in archaeological excavations in Egypt, it has not undergone genetic modification. Excellent for diets, it is grown in the hills of Montefeltro, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino. These butterflies are perfect with vegetables, great cold in summer salads and with vegetable sauces throughout the year.
