The grapes are carefully selected. After harvest, they are immediately destemmed, sent to fermentation and passed into oak barrels.
Pomario's Sariano has ripe cherry and plum aromas typical of the blend on the nose, which combine with wood tannin to achieve a rich and complex balance. The same aromatic balance is immediately found in the mouth, with an aftertaste of fruity and clove fragrances. Obtained organically, Pomario's Sariano is a still wine that brings back to the glass the characteristics and aromas of the terroir.
