The grapes are carefully selected and, after harvest, are left to ferment naturally in contact with the skins for a long period. Once racked, it is left to mature in steel tanks. Bottled without being filtered between late winter and early spring, it is a ready-to-drink red wine.
Rubicola di Pomario has a fresh aroma on the nose with hints of bergamot and rosehip; the fresh, dry taste leaves the palate clean, with aromas of red fruits and violets.
Obtained organically, Pomario's Rubicola is a still wine suitable for aperitifs and light meals, which can also be paired with freshwater fish and seafood soups.
