Le Moire's Savuto Doc Mute red wine is grown in vineyards arranged in terraces sloping down the Savuto River, surrounded by pristine forests.

Temperature changes intensify the aromas of the native cultivars, and the southwestern exposure favors slow, late ripening of the grapes, which mitigates the harshness typical of southern wines.
The Mute has a deep ruby red color, with impenetrable violet hues; the nose is youthful, with small fruits in which blackberry and sweet spices stand out; liquorice and flowers in the background. It is a wine that fully represents the territory: consistent structure, complex aroma and great taste impact.
It is perfect to pair with aged cheeses, roasts and braised meats.
