Savuto Doc Shemale rosé wine

Temperature changes intensify the aromas of the native cultivars, and the southwestern exposure favors slow, late ripening of the grapes, which mitigates the harshness typical of southern wines.

Shemale has a bright, almost coppery color with aromas of wild strawberries and violets. The wine in the mouth is fresh and smooth with a pleasant savoriness.
It goes well with cured meats and young cheeses, and is perfect with simple vegetable-based first courses and fish preparations, from pasta dishes to grilled meats.
