In the preparation of these traditional Mediterranean treats, almonds are cooked with sugar so that the roasting takes place along with the caramelization. This prevents the sugar from covering the taste and laroma of the almond. The result is a true delicacy, made from the highest quality raw materials, all from organic farming.
