Girolomoni® maccheroni rigati are made using only durum wheat semolina of the Cappelli variety grown exclusively in Italy using organic methods.
Drying is slow, at low temperature: macaroni takes about 8 hours to complete the drying cycle so that all the nutrients in the grain are retained in the pasta.
The Cappelli variety stands out for its exceptional protein and organoleptic characteristics, which Girolomoni® preserves throughout the production cycle to bring to all tables a quality product that holds its cooking perfectly. Perfect with traditional classic sauces, they are also suitable for avant-garde interpretations and the most unusual combinations.
