Iris Bio Semi-Integral Fusilli are made with a blend of traditional durum wheat semolina and whole wheat semolina, obtained from the selection of the best crops, to ensure all the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of freshly harvested wheat.

It is cold-processed using traditional methods and bronze-drawn; drying is slow and at a low temperature. The resulting dough is coarse and porous, with excellent cooking firmness, ideal for all preparations.
Semi-integral Fusilli are made organically, respecting the Iris Bio tradition. Just as in the fields the timing of the earth is respected, so in the historic Pastificio Iris we respect the timing of pasta processing, to obtain a superior quality product.
