Iris Bio's Fusilli Integrali Bio are made with whole-wheat durum wheat semolina, obtained from a blend of grains carefully selected at each new harvest to ensure high nutritional value and all the richness of fiber and protein.

It is cold-processed by traditional method and bronze-drawn; drying is slow and at low temperature. The resulting pasta is rough and porous, with excellent cooking properties. Ideal with vegetables, whole wheat pasta is versatile and goes well with both hot and cold dishes.
Fusilli Integrali are made organically, respecting the Iris Bio tradition. Just as in the fields the timing of the earth is respected, so in the historic Pastificio Iris we respect the timing of pasta processing to obtain a superior quality product.
