Organic Lentil Fusilli
Libera Terra's Organic Lentil Fusilli is an organic product made only from durum wheat and water. The lentils used to make Fusilli are grown in southern Italy, organically harvested when fully ripe between June and July.
The quality of the lentils, cold milling, bronze drawing and drying at a moderate temperature give this pasta an unmistakable color, taste and texture in addition to preserving all its organoleptic characteristics, allowing it to hold and enhance all sauces and condiments.
Organic Lentil Fusilli are high in protein and low in calories, suitable for gluten intolerant and diabetics, they have a shorter cooking time than traditional pasta. The advice is to drain them well al dente and season immediately with a drizzle of oil.
