Durum wheat semolina pasta is made exclusively from durum wheat grown in Italy by our members or by companies affiliated with us, using strictly organic methods.
Drying takes place at a temperature of 60-65°. Times vary from 7 to 12 hours depending on the formats.
These products are the epitome of the right balance between health and taste. Even those who do not like the taste of whole-wheat pasta too much will appreciate these formats, which combine a good fiber content with a "gentle" taste.
