Drying is slow, at low temperature: the fusilli take about 8 hours to complete the drying cycle so that all the nutrients in the wheat are retained in the pasta.
The Cappelli variety stands out for its exceptional protein and organoleptic characteristics, which Girolomoni® preserves throughout the production cycle to bring to all tables a quality product that holds its cooking perfectly. Perfect with red sauces, organic fusilli go well with the richest and most complex preparations, thanks to the typical helix shape that collects the sauce.
