Organic Chickpea Conchiglioni
Libera Terra's Conchiglioni di Ceci Bio is an organic product made only from chickpea flour and water. The chickpeas used to make Conchiglioni are grown in southern Italy, organically and harvested when fully ripe between July and August.
The quality of the chickpeas, cold milling, bronze drawing and drying at a moderate temperature give this pasta an unmistakable color, taste and texture in addition to preserving all its organoleptic characteristics, allowing it to hold and enhance all sauces and dressings.
Organic Chickpea Conchiglioni are high in protein and low in calories, suitable for gluten intolerant and diabetics, they have a shorter cooking time than traditional pasta. The advice is to drain them well al dente and season immediately with a drizzle of oil.
