Frappato is an ancient native grape variety, so named for its intense fruity aromas, cultivated since the 17th century. Vinified as a single varietal, it gives a fresh, bright ruby-red wine with predominantly cherry scents enhanced by a small touch of spice.
Chiarestelle is an easy-drinking wine that pairs very well with a large number of traditional Sicilian first and main courses.
