Payments

All purchases made on gioosto.com are secure and guaranteed. You can pay for your purchases with: credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other systems you will find in the check-out.

We accept major credit and debit cards such as: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, PostePay and American Express.

If you decide to pay by credit or debit card, you will need to provide your card details when you place your order.

All credit and debit card payments are absolutely secure: payment information is encrypted during transmission and is handled directly by proprietary platform systems, specifically PayPal. We never learn of the card number, nor do we process or store the data provided on our systems but merely receive notification of the successful outcome of the transaction.

In line with the PSD2 directive, gioosto.com adopts the 3D Secure fraud protection system (Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa). After entering your credit card information and when giving confirmation for online payment, you will then be asked to type in a security code that will be communicated to you in the manner provided by the institution that issued your credit card.

To ensure maximum security in purchases, payment information transmitted via the Internet is encrypted by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Shipping time and cost

Gioosto ships throughout Italy and to EU countries, through DHL. We chose DHL with its 3500 service points because it is committed to making logistics more environmentally friendly and sustainable, minimizing its ecological impact and investing in international environmental protection projects through the 2050 Zero Emissions project and GoGreen Climate Neutral.

Express (Italy) shipping cost is €7.90 with delivery within 1-2 business days. More information under express shipping times and schedules.

We currently do not ship outside of Italy.

Delivery is free above €59.

Your order will be delivered to the address given during checkout; we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you made a mistake in entering the address during check-out, you can notify us by writing to support@gioosto.com. We will take care of reporting the change to the warehouse. This may result in a delay in delivery.

When the package is picked up by the express carrier, an email will be sent from DHL to the email address provided, with a link to follow your shipment (tracking).

Delivery is usually within 72 hours from the date of order placement for orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:30 pm.
Shipments destined for islands or areas not served daily by couriers may experience a 24-hour delay.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), during the hours 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.

The DHL courier will deliver to the address indicated in the order and send a text message to the recipient's number (if provided) with instructions for personalization. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for requesting a second delivery.

The undelivered package will be available for free pickup at the DHL service point indicated in the notice that the courier will leave on the intercom. The storage period is 5 working days, starting from the first working day after the date of arrival of the package at the office.

After this period has also passed, the package will return to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled.

Just log on to www.gioosto.com, enter the "Register" section by clicking on the little man icon in the top right menu, and follow the directions. Registration is completely free and will bring you great benefits.

After selecting "Sign In" on the homepage by clicking on the little man icon in the top right menu, select "Forgot Your Password?" and follow the prompts. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. At this address you will receive an email from which you can enter a new password.

Whenever you decide to purchase a product, simply select the quantity and click "Add." After you have added all the products you want, click on cart in the upper right corner and proceed with payment.

No, you can also choose to simply leave your contact and shipping information when you make your purchase. If you create an account, however, you can keep track of all your orders and set up delivery addresses.

Currently Gioosto does not plan to ship abroad, but we expect to do so in the near future. Follow us on social to find out when that will be possible.

GIOOSTO's packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials in keeping with environmental, social and economic sustainability.

You can promptly notify us of the correct address by sending an email to support@gioosto.com we will report the change to the warehouse. This may result in a delay in shipping.

Gioosto is committed to delivering your purchases within 72 hours from the date you place your order. Shipments destined for islands or areas not served daily by couriers may experience a 24-hour delay.

You can request a partial or full refund no later than 14 days from the date of delivery by sending an email to support@gioosto.it and specifying the reasons.

The very moment your request is accepted, Gioosto will immediately start the refund process.

Re-credit times may vary depending on the issuing circuit of the card used and are not dependent on Gioosto.

From the moment the request is submitted, Gioosto will take it over and open a dedicated session.

You will receive feedback as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days.

For each order, before proceeding to payment, it will be possible to request the relevant purchase invoice. It will be necessary to tick the box relating to the request for invoice and enter all the data necessary for the issuance of the same, which will be sent within the terms of the law, to the addresses provided.

As a rule, after completing the payment stage, you will no longer be able to request an invoice for the purchased products.

Issuance of the document must be requested before proceeding with payment by checking the "I wish to receive an invoice" box and entering the billing information in the appropriate fields below.

If you entered all the data but did not check the box, try writing to admin@gioosto.com, we will do what we can.

Send an email to support@gioosto.com specifying all the changes to be made to the invoice and your contact information. With electronic invoicing, we do not guarantee that the change operation is feasible.

Returns and Refunds

If you encounter problems with the product you received (damaged, missing, or mismatched merchandise) you may request a refund no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

Gioosto cares deeply about the satisfaction of its customers and that each product arrives intact and compliant at its destination. In the rare cases in which at the time of delivery the products are not suitable or intact, we remind you that it is the right of the customer to request a partial or full refund no later than 14 days from the date of delivery by sending an email to support@gioosto.it and specifying the reasons.

Our Customer Service Department will then take up the request and, if deemed necessary, ask for photographic material attesting to the condition of the products.

The right to a refund will not be granted if one or more of the following conditions occur:
- Incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable delivery address

- Lack of reference to the recipient visible to the courier at the delivery address (house number, name on doorbell, etc.)

- Non-delivery due to absent recipient and subsequent non-collection of the package

- Failure to send photos showing the condition of the product when requested

- Changes requested after the departure of the goods or not communicated directly to Gioosto

- Requests that are not compatible with the standard services provided by contracted express couriers (scheduled time delivery, postponement of delivery, etc.).

We would also like to inform you that the logistics updates provided by our contracted couriers will be the basis for any claims.

Should a refund - partial or total - be granted, Gioosto reserves the right to collect the disputed goods from the same delivery address by express courier.
